This was my first experience at BMW Bellevue and it was stellar! Angel was great to work with. He booked an Uber so I could go work while waiting on my car to be finished, so great. I would have given 5 stars but when I called and got a scheduler, she was very rude, wouldn’t let me talk, told me I was cutting her off and I ended up hanging up. Our service team member, Michelle, is very nice and attentive. She responded quickly and kindly to our needs. Also, we had a young man attend to us in the parts department who was extremely helpful and attentive. She responded quickly and kindly to our needs. We have experienced employees who are very kind and thoughtful, like I explained above, and we have had a couple experiences where the employee has been less than polite. More
