We've had three interactions, all dis not meet our expectations: 1. BUYING We did not receive both keys, and it took weeks before we got them. Instead of a structured orientation, we were just asked what questions we had- we didn't know.what we didn't know, and we are still confused with some features of our car and.it is clear we are not enjoying all the features. 2. SERVICE 1 Regular scheduled maintenance was surprising expensive. We asked to have the parts that were replaced put in a box in the trunk, that was not done. We paid.for an oil change, and I have just recently discovered that is covered under a maintenance plan we purchased but was not recognized by the service agent. 2. SERVICE 2 We just took it in for regular service which included a computer download amd.pil change. I asked for wipers to be replaced and old ones put in the trunk. They were not. When I asked if oil change was included, and he had to go check to see if we indeed had a maintenance plan. I was surprised that he didn't know, and I now question why we had to pay for one in the first service call. We paid $200 for wiper blades that retail for less than $100, and take.seconds to install. Overall I am dissapionted in our experiences at this dealership due to lack of attention to detail, value, and responsiveness. More
