I recently had a the vehicle check service performed on my 2014 BMW I-3.The service was excellent and four outstanding recall items were also spotted and repaired. I also received some pointers about recharging frequency for the electric with a gasoline range extender type of drive, most helpful, especially since the manual is a bit opaque in places. The personnel were polite and efficient, I almost felt like I was in Bayern. The only problem I had was contacting the dealer for a service appointment. The one way that worked was the online reservation system, one that did not always appear on the website. Direct calls never were answered and the call-back system never resulted in a return call. I did have some questions as it was the first time the vehicle needed service and I was especially curious about the possibility of getting a loaner vehicle, which turned out to be unavailable. Long story short, excellent technical service and personnel, communications system needs work. More
