Very disappointing service. Service agent was good but she was at lunch when my car was done. She handed me off to someone else and he was anything but attentive to me. I had to step away to make a call and he asked if he could help someone else, and I said yes. He said he would be in 5 to ten minutes and 20 minutes later he returned to help another person before me. The car was poorly washed and wasn't vacuumed. After purchasing a X2M and a X7 in less than 4 years, plus spending close to ten thousand in maintenance in maintenance and repairs, we will be looking for another dealership. Hopefully, they will appreciate our business. More
