BMW of Bellevue - Service Center

I had made an appointment and was on time I had specified where I live what I needed it was not fulfilled I had to call 3 times and still my service with the warranty is not fulfilled because I had borne an where I live what I needed it was not fulfilled I had to call 3 times and still my service with the warranty is not fulfilled because I had borne an extended warranty and wanted to fix a couple of things on my car and they are still pending and nobody's got back to me from the date Which was I believe on the Was 1st week of February and we are in March Tell nobody to call me back I would say lack of customer service or lack of interest or lack of any business required. I was also given a hard time because apparently I bought the car from Bellingham it was not registered in United States but the registration stays my name the license plate is from Washington yet I was told the car belong to it's an imported car from Canada I hate to bring this up BMW is not a local brand it is an important brand so that is not valid I just wanted to buy the oil change for a $199 which the dealer was running a special for 3 years which I was giving a hard time for. More

First of all love the remodel of this place, it looks fantastic. I love working with BMW of Bellevue I bought my X5M from them and have continued to get service through them. I love their model of service advisors allowing you to call/text about the progress of your vehicle, they were also great in locating replacement tires for my car which has been difficult during covid. All around great establishment! More

Could not get the service I asked for. Called and made an appointment. Was very clear and specific and that I was trying to establish service for a new purchase.
