A service engine light brought us in, code indicated a failing fuel injector. The dealership replaced 2 injectors under warranty. Everyone here is absolutely amazing! Every person I encountered was personable and offered assistance immediately. I came in for an oil change and thought I was getting a shuttle rid Every person I encountered was personable and offered assistance immediately. I came in for an oil change and thought I was getting a shuttle ride to work but it turned out to be a Lyft ride and I arrived to work on time. After work I expected to have to find my own way back to the dealership and was pleasantly surprised to find a text with another Lyft ride arranged! Wow! The only issue was that the ride request link kept giving an error to try again later (for 20 mins). So I took a public bus which was fine - again I had expected to have to find my way back. This dealer is now my preferred, despite it being about 52 miles from my home! Thank you BMW of Bellevue for the excellent service! More
