I thank Michelle for taking a look at my faulty tailgate. She personally first helped me troubleshoot the issue and then was able to determine that its a part failure. I came to fix soft lock door handle issue. Its not fixed even after 2 visits. I have scheduled for one more. If you know what is the issue. It shouldn’t take more time to fix it for a dealer.
