I scheduled an appoint at 9:20. I arrived around 9:15. However, the receptionist said the one do the maintenance is not available and asked to leave the car directly. I asked for rough estimate time to take my car maintained, he said 2 hours. Ok, then I wait till 11 am in store and decided to check the status. After asked several stuff, I finally got the answer that the maintenance was not even scheduled!!! It was a great waste of my time that just sitting in the store but nothing started. I had to check in with some guy again to get my maintenance in queue and it was another waiting time. More

Arrived for my appointment at 10 o’clock sharp. Was taken in immediately to my service representative who was Michelle. She was efficient, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She that the 40,000 mile service would take approximately 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Service was completed in that time, including car wash. Very pleased with Michelle’s efficiency and professionalism More
