We bought our car at this dealership and had it for repair many times over the years and usually it would take them a day or two to get it in and out We bought our car at this dealership and had it for repair many times over the years and usually it would take them a day or two to get it in and out. When we booked the appointment, we mentioned that we need it back asap due to relocation a few days later. When we did not hear back by the end of the first day we called, and they mentioned that they did not have time for the diagnosis because they are backed up and would have it done the next day. End of the second day we had to follow up again and the diagnosis was still not done. After talking to the service manager, they finally got it into the shop. My problem is not that it took three days, but we were not told at the time of booking about the backup and the complete lack of communication. No apology for the delay from anyone. More
