One evening my 5 month old M4i's charging door would not open. One and a half hours on the phone after hours to road side assistance got me no where. I woke up early and drove 1.5 hours to the dealership open. One and a half hours on the phone after hours to road side assistance got me no where. I woke up early and drove 1.5 hours to the dealership and Leonard M. got me in within 5 minutes of my arrival, set me up with a loaner, and let me return home as they diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and, most importantly, empathetic to my situation. He even gave me a text number for him and when he said he'd text me by 4 p.m. He did!! Amazing .... customer service is a lost art - thanks Leonard for taking such good care of me. More
