I want to start with pros 1. Service took 9 hrs which is exactly wats was told. 2. They provide shuttle service within 10 miles. Cons 1. It was not done. 2. I found few things were opened during service from the truck, which they supposed to close , they did not. i found that when I reached home. 3. I expect a brand like bmw to provide me a personal insepection by an expert once the things are done. Like the things i found later on, should have be inspected by the dealer ahead of customer delivery of the vehicle after the service. More

Great costumer service and everything went very smooth. They explained everything that needed to be done in my vehicle and even sent a video of my car once the work was done. Communication was great!
