If I could give this dealership a rating lower than zero, I would. I encountered the worst customer service here. I have a full coverage extended warranty on my 2019 BMW X4. When I brought my car in for repa I would. I encountered the worst customer service here. I have a full coverage extended warranty on my 2019 BMW X4. When I brought my car in for repairs (vibrating steering wheel, dashboard screen issues, and ambient lighting not working), I specifically asked them to check with the warranty company to ensure these items were covered before proceeding. They didn't. Instead, they wanted to charge me $1500 just for diagnostics. If their initial repair attempt didn’t work, they intended to charge $249 for each subsequent step. They provided the warranty company with incorrect information, leading to a denial of coverage. After hours on the phone with both the warranty company and the dealership, I discovered the items were indeed covered—I had to do their job for them! Throughout this process, BMW of Bellevue treated me with disrespect and indifference. They seemed intent on overcharging me. When I finally spoke with the service manager, Brian, he talked to me as if I didn’t understand how warranties work, trying his best to make me feel like an idiot. The customer service was appalling, and they kept my car for three weeks. Picking up my car was equally rude. I asked my service rep, Safeeullah, for copies of all the documents I was asked to sign at pickup and was told it would take days. When I suggested it should only take a few minutes with a copier, he asked, "Why?" I explained I wanted them for my records and decided to scan them myself. The service was shocking. He then pointed to the service garage and said my car was there. Another car blocked mine, making it impossible to leave. When I asked if they would move the other car, he told me to back up, go around, and leave through the entrance. No walkthrough of my car was done with me. Just so you know, Mr. Brian, I have been in the service industry, contract/legal field for 30 years. You messed with the wrong person. I could go on and on about all the rude and downright appalling incidences that happened during this process but I will say you the long read of a novel. I've read multiple reviews advising to avoid this dealership and wish I had seen them before bringing my car here. To save yourself the trouble, take your car elsewhere where you’ll receive the quality customer service you deserve. BMW claims to pride itself on customer service and top-notch treatment, but this dealership doesn’t uphold those standards. Overall great and reliable service. A special shout out to Chris Toomey who is an exceptional service rep. Best I've had in all my BMW years. This location lost a point because for over a year now the service staff have been unable to help me update the car software as prompted on my BMW phone app. That update remains pending. Also, BMW insists on charging for travel enhancements as a package on its connected services when all I need are the live traffic condition updates while driving. A past attempt to charge for driver's seat heating as a connected service failed, and rightfully so. BMW should not persist in nickel and diming its loyal customers (I've been driving a BMW since 1998) for pennies. Just because every car brand (and company) tries this gimmick, doesn't mean it's right. Enhance the value of your exemplary cars by offering standard and cost-free connected service amenities! Charging for these relatively low-cost services undermines your brand loyalty. More
Brought in my BMW for the first service. I was given an estimate of 3 hours. After nearly 5 hours, I returned and approached the service team member. Only then did he let me know that during servicing they damaged the rim of my car quite significantly. They returned the car full of water spots and semi completed cleaning. While they did offer to repair it on the spot (Which needed to be scheduled), I have not been getting any answers from the team since that day (1+ week ago at this point since the last contact). There was also no attempt at additional make good, given this will cost me another workday at least. Very very very disappointed with this and would not recommend this dealership moving forward. More
I found my service advisor Christopher to be very courteous and knowledgeable. He clearly explained to me what services are to be performed annually, every 2 years and also every 4 years on my vehicl courteous and knowledgeable. He was also very helpful in answering my questions about using a smart battery charger as we are often gone for a long period time. Overall, I was very satisfied with his service and plan to ask for him to be my service advisor when I bring my car back in next year for a scheduled maintenance service. More

Aaron was responsive and thorough in working through my i4 M50 charging issue. He was up-front about the fact that the investigation might take longer than a day and stayed in touch throughout.
