Frank was very friendly and had good knowledge about the work he is doing. My initial experience with this service center wasn't great (with another sales executive) but Frank changed my opinion about this work he is doing. I would have given 5 stars but when I called and got a scheduler, she was very rude, wouldn’t let me talk, told me I was cutting her off and I ended up hanging up. I’ve never had someone act like that bef scheduler, she was very rude, wouldn’t let me talk, told me I was cutting her off and I ended up hanging up. I’ve never had someone act like that before so it was very upsetting. I ended up calling Jennie who is my service provider and she was amazing and such a hard worker. Our service team member, Michelle, is very nice and attentive. She responded quickly and kindly to our needs. Also, we had a young man attend to us in the parts department who was extremely helpful and attentive. She responded quickly and kindly to our needs.
