This dealership doesn’t care about its customers; new or repeat If you have the astronomical amount of money that’s charged by them, then that’s all they care about. This is by far the WORST dealership in the area. I took my car to them for struts and coolant pipes. They performed a diagnostics and suggested fuel injectors too and I approved the service. When they called and said it was ready, the struts were not installed, the coolant pipes were, and so were the injectors. I get it home and when started it up again, it just sounded like I had pressed the gas peddle to the floor. And when I took it back, they said they weren't at fault. The car was not performing like that before they replaced my injectors and I asked them if they test drove it after they repaired it, and they said no. xxx Does That?? Keira was rude, wouldn't allow me to speak and she wasn't even my service advisor. Robin Watts was NEVER at work and wouldn't return my calls. Donna Frederick needs management classes (again). Keith Leger responded to the last bad review that I gave them, and when I asked Donna Frederick to speak to him about my car, he told her that he had never spoken to me about it. Long story short: BMW of Beaumont is a ZOO! I don't think there's a competent person that works there! More to come on other sites!! Plus Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau! More

The brake light came on in my sons vehicle so I brought it in to be corrected. My service advisor looked up my service history and advised me to have my brake fluid changed. The process was simple and affo it in to be corrected. My service advisor looked up my service history and advised me to have my brake fluid changed. The process was simple and affordable. I trust this dealership with all my service needs. More
