Service Department I was on my way from Lafayette to Houston and my AC quit working. I called BMW-Beaumont while I was en route and they told me to stop and bring it in I was on my way from Lafayette to Houston and my AC quit working. I called BMW-Beaumont while I was en route and they told me to stop and bring it in. They were waiting for me when I got there (along with my two puppies, which were in their kennel).
