We were in the market for a "new to us" vehicle, and had one from the internet in mind. After that fell through, JASE CALL showed us another one that (at first I was like Nah, that's not for us) well then one from the internet in mind. Jase and his finance team worked hard to get the deal where we needed it. Jase was upfront and honest with us that he had only been selling vehicles for 2 months, We couldn't tell, he was very professional and had a great knowledge of all of the vehicles and was wonderful deal with! I will be sending anyone I know looking for a vehicle his way! We look forward to future dealings with Jase and this dealership! ((maybe next time it'll be a new BMW!) More

Certified 2023 BMW M850i Purchase – May–June 2025 My experience purchasing a Certified 2023 BMW M850i from BMW of Beaumont has been, without exaggeration, the most poorly handled automotive transaction experience purchasing a Certified 2023 BMW M850i from BMW of Beaumont has been, without exaggeration, the most poorly handled automotive transaction I’ve ever experienced. Negotiations began on May 8, and I wired full payment on May 12. The vehicle was delivered nearly a month later, on June 9. The delay centered around a front strut required for CPO certification — a part that I later verified had only six units available nationwide at the time. Multiple units were shipped and arrived damaged, reportedly due to poor packaging from the factory. I suggested using a strut from another car in their inventory to keep the transaction moving, but that was dismissed as being “too expensive” for the dealership. They made no effort to source the part directly from Germany, even though that may have resolved the issue faster. Instead, they repeatedly tried to acquire the same fragile part from the limited domestic network, despite multiple failures. As time dragged on, I even agreed to let them install the damaged strut. The issue? A small plastic tab that held a wire — not a structural flaw. Despite that concession, the dealership still hadn’t completed the remaining CPO certification work, even after having the vehicle in their possession for five weeks. That speaks to a much deeper issue than parts delays — namely, a complete lack of planning, accountability, and internal coordination. Chris, the salesperson, was friendly and stayed in communication, but ultimately ineffective once the process began to unravel. I had to chase him for updates, suggest workarounds, and verify part availability myself. Not once did a manager reach out to apologize, explain, or offer assistance. Even a phone call acknowledging the situation would have gone a long way. When I asked if they would offer an extended warranty or a similar good-faith gesture, I was met with a flat “no” — no explanation, no conversation, just silence and continued expectations that I wait without complaint. When the car finally arrived, the issues didn’t end. There was minor but visible damage on the rear passenger-side rocker panel near the wheel, likely from contact with a curb. In addition, the key fob didn’t work properly due to a fault with the comfort access antenna system — meaning the car wouldn’t start without special override. The dealership claimed no such issue existed. Yet I was the one troubleshooting the problem at home. To top it off, only one key was included with delivery. I was told on June 11 that a second key would be overnighted. When it failed to arrive, I followed up and was told — in the words of the salesperson — “we are f---ing idiots.” The second key eventually showed up on June 17. Oddly, after receiving the second key, both now work perfectly. I changed nothing on the vehicle. While I’m glad the issue resolved, I’m not fond of problems that simply “go away” on their own, and I can’t say whether it will return. What I can say is that I had to troubleshoot an issue they insisted didn’t exist. This should have been a premium experience. Instead, it was one failure after another: from not having the vehicle ready at time of sale, to poor logistics, unkept promises, certification delays, missing keys, vehicle damage, and a complete absence of leadership accountability. This isn’t my first BMW. It’s my seventh. But it’s the first time I’ve seriously questioned remaining with the brand. Under no circumstances should you do business with this dealership. The only reason this review receives even one star is because the car physically arrived. That’s it. If not for that, it would be zero. More

He made my experience feel more comfortable and relaxed. I’ve been looking for a while so I’ve been inside a lot of dealerships and these guys definitely have a more old school environment than anywhere else I have been. I actually found that to be refreshing once I was in person and appreciated it because I felt like more than just a sale to them. It also means the process may take a bit longer, and if you’re out of state it may be difficult. I was coming in from out of state which added a layer of complexity, and there were some unnecessary delays/hiccups from the financing department which I didn’t appreciate. However, John and Bulent handled it for me so that when I arrived it all came together and they made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed. Thanks to them, I am happy to say I have a new car that I am in love with!! And finally, special shout out to Bora. I didn’t work with him on my purchase, but in chatting while waiting I could tell he is also a very kind, warm person and if you work with him I am sure you would be in good hands. More
