Current BMW car owner. Always very professional and helpful. There facilities are very clean and staff is very professional and friendly. Follow through is everything I was recently in to have a damaged tire inspected as I was nervous that it would start to fail.. The team identified that the tire did need to be rep I was recently in to have a damaged tire inspected as I was nervous that it would start to fail.. The team identified that the tire did need to be replaced, but noted that they needed to order a new one and the tire should be fine to drive on. Unfortunately the next day the tire started to rapidly lose pressure and I ended up having to pay to have it towed to the dealership for repair. Marc Collura handled the call with the roadside assistance team with me (stayed on the call the entire time) and investigated the service call to see if the tire should have been driven on or if some other action should have been taken by his team. He ended up comping me the tire as he did not feel the team should have released me with the tire damage that was present. His dedication to ensuring I was taken care of when the flat happened, and follow through to ensure his team was providing the best service is exceptional. Additionally, I would be remiss to not mention that Christopher Lima reached out to me the next day to continue to discuss the issue. Mistakes happen, its life.. but the follow up and insistence to go above and beyond any of my expectations was greatly appreciated and really sets the team apart from the competition. Fantastic experience and clearly an exceptional team! More
Service Persistence I had an annoying squeak/chirp coming from under the frame of my 2017 X5 when I would come across a bumpy stretch of road, I want to thank the Motor I had an annoying squeak/chirp coming from under the frame of my 2017 X5 when I would come across a bumpy stretch of road, I want to thank the Motor Werks techs and especially Erik Swanson for finding and correcting this. It took two tries but they did not give up, they knew it was a big deal to me. Erik is just a good guy, very likable and he cares a lot about keeping his customers informed of progress. This was not an easy fix but they got it...... Thank you Erik and Motor Werks, I am very happy. More

Victor Najjar my service adviser set up an appointment & make available a service loaner so I would not have to wait the hour & an half it takes to download the software. He was ready & had all the paperwork done to get me on my way. Except I'm young geezer, & geezers have tendency to ramble on & on. Victor was very generous with his time even though it was obvious he had much work to tend to. The service loan was exactly what I wanted, a new BMW 5 Series so I could compare that model with my newly purchased BMW 7 Series. The 5 Series is really good, but the 7 Series is materially better & worth the extra money. Thomas Munyer the BMW Genius walked me through the steps of working the new remote. He was very knowledgeable, & generous with his time. His enthusiasm was genuine. This is all unsolicited, but when I treated this well I do find he need to show my appreciation. I've always been a car guy, & so getting my car properly serviced has always been a high priority. More

I admit that I wrote that out of frustration and I regret it. My apologies to Marc Collura, Kenneth Klusendorf and Margie Gallagher who were more than helpful, professional and willing to not only solve the problem but go above and behind to make sure their customers are happy and satisfied. They shown me the highest level of professionalism and this makes BMW of Barrington one of the best place where you want to buy and service your vehicle. More

Service Outstan I did buy my X5 at MotorWerks of Barrington vs. another local dealer. New car experience for customers is great with some perks. Service Outstanding, Lets just say we did have a major issues a month before the warrantee was going to expire (and did while in service). I had a loaner for a couple of weeks and during that time they did find the issue and it amounted to a large repair. $$.$$$ Diagnosing this was involved. They could of did a quick fix, said it was nothing, and sent me on my way but, they were honest and fixed the issue that cost thousands of dollars. This shows how the dealer and BMW stands behind their product and goes extra for their customers. Al T. More
