Scott and his the Service team were excellent. I had just left San Francisco on a road trip to LA where my car unfortunately was damaged by debris in the road and I broke down in Bakersfield. It’s frustrating that you need to schedule a loaner vehicle. If there’s an actual urgent matter regarding your vehicle, it’s impossible to get a loaner.
