Excellent customer service Jessica and Paula gave excellent customer service. Everything was very smooth, Paula explained the vehicles very thoroughly and I loved the fact that Jessica and Paula gave excellent customer service. What happened? I’m on my third car from them. Usually a magical experience. What happened? Went in for regular maintenance and I felt like I was as Walmart tire and I’m on my third car from them. Usually a magical experience. What happened? Went in for regular maintenance and I felt like I was as Walmart tire and lube. All of the customer service was extended from me. No courtesy and the woman who took care of me in service department had a continuous pretentious and odd scowl on her face. She offered me nothing in The way of comfort; and there was very little face/eye contact. When my vehicle was finally ready she dismissed me from the office and sent me out to wait on the side walk. My car was delivered to her in the Bay Area. So I had to walk back to get into my car. The technician went into her office with the keys because he assumed I would be waiting there. So he came and passed my keys through the window. Also my head rest was raised so high that it hit the top of my head. There was no safety in that. Now I can’t get it down. So driving is uncomfortable. All in all It was the most disappointment that I have ever experienced there. Before when I would come I. The “guys” would treat every customer as a valued client and with courtesy and respect. I find the women cold and unassuming. I felt like I was providing service to them. I think I will go to Mercedes or ‘Mazarrati next time. With a high end vehicle you expect high end service. Or at least courteous service. I am very disappointed. More

No! Dont buy from them!!! Not honest people!!! I purchased a 2015 x5 and wored them the money. They sent the car to Chicago where i live. Car arrived last Friday and it is significantly different t I purchased a 2015 x5 and wored them the money. They sent the car to Chicago where i live. Car arrived last Friday and it is significantly different than what we agreed on. I week later i have no help!!! I started a claim with BBB and DMV in California. I filled a lawsuit at Kern county small claims court. If anyone has problems or had problems like this please contact me! It is very easy to file a lawsuit yourself!!! These are bad people and bad dealership! Not honest!!! Dont go there! They ruin BMW name! More
