I recently purchased a vehicle from BMW Bakersfield, CA, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. When I was in the process of buying the car, everyone was readily available to take my calls and answer my questions. However, now that the sale is complete and they have my money, no one will return my calls or offer any solutions. Living out of state makes it impossible for me to handle this issue in person, but the dealership has been completely unresponsive. Customer service should not end once the sale is finalized, and this lack of communication is completely unacceptable. If you're considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, beware of their post-sale service—or lack thereof.
