My experience at MOritz BMW was an overall awesome experience. I was helped by Doug Mayberry and he helped from step 1 to finish. The staff even stayed after hours so I could buy my car, now that is customer service! Timothy checks in with me just to see how I am enjoying my mini cooper, I would recommend working with him when you are in the market to buy a car! I will go back to see Timothy when I decide to trade in my car in the future but for now I am loving my mini cooper!!! More
