Exceptional Service on our 2007 328xi SULEV Coupe I took our pre-owned 2007 328xi coupe in for an oil change and an oil leak. We own a special emissions car that was originally sold in a SULEV state ( I took our pre-owned 2007 328xi coupe in for an oil change and an oil leak. We own a special emissions car that was originally sold in a SULEV state (meaning a state that has extremely high emission laws. These cars have a special warranty on certain parts that extend past the basic 48 month/50k mike warranty. Even though MI dealers do not deal with many of these cars Derek and Mark handled it in a very professional with top notch customer service in mind. They were able to get the repairs covered under the warranty and were extremely efficient in doing so. I would highly recommend BMW of Ann Arbor for any service needs. When we decide to trade in our 2012 Mercedes for a BMW I will report on our purchase experience but I can only imagine it will be just as enjoyable as our service experience! More
I somewhat recently brought in my 7 Series for maintenance and Dusty was my Service Advisor. He provided me with regular updates on my service, along with a detailed list/explanation of the neede maintenance and Dusty was my Service Advisor. He provided me with regular updates on my service, along with a detailed list/explanation of the needed repairs. Additionally, I planned on selling the car myself and he offered some great advice. I also had a 3 Series in for service and my experience with Dusty was very consistent with respect to my prior 7 Series visit. He even went the extra mile and personally buffed out a couple scratches for me. A couple years ago, prior to the new ownership, I had a less than desirable experience while attempting to buy a BMW at this dealership. My excellent experience with Dusty in Service brought me back to the dealership for another 3 Series purchase. It was his integrity and great customer service that prompted me to give the dealership another chance. I am also pleased to say this recent purchase was a great experience. More
Bought a 2013 X3 2 weeks ago. It broke down on vacation in N MI. They have been unresponsive and not helpful in arranging pick up and delivery of loaner and getiing the vehicle to fix. This $50,000 vehic in N MI. They have been unresponsive and not helpful in arranging pick up and delivery of loaner and getiing the vehicle to fix. This $50,000 vehicle is lemon. Dealership is awful. Unfriendly would not describe it. The staff at this dealership needs to be trained in customer service, from the top down. From sales to service, you will not be treated as a valued customer....far fr dealership needs to be trained in customer service, from the top down. They don't want to sell or service cars, simply make money. They are decent on pricing. If you can stand the arrogance and lack of courtesy, then you will get a good price, but forget service....there is none. More

The service side of this dealership has been excellent. I recently had my car serviced and Kevin took care of everything I brought up and did a great job of explaining what was going on. Dusty Harrison and the folks at BMW of Ann Arbor made my service issue completely problem free. When I came in for my regular vehicle check, I pointed out that my TPM system was acting up. I told Dusty th service issue completely problem free. When I came in for my regular vehicle check, I pointed out that my TPM system was acting up. I told Dusty that, unless it's absolutely essential to the safe operation of the vehicle, I'd have to pass on getting it fixed or replaced that day. Dusty had the BMW of Ann Arbor mechanics look it over and it turned out that there was a wire that had loosened (on an '07 328i with almost 90k miles, that's not bad for the only thing I've needed repaired, too!) that needed to be replaced and the cost was FAR less than it could have been. I appreciate that kind of extra service and concern for their customer's costs. I gave the green light for the repair and it was ready within an hour. The service department at BMW of Ann Arbor have a great attitude and really made me feel like I was getting the best service possible at a competitive price. My vehicle runs great, got a clean bill of health, and left the shop clean and shiny! Thanks guys! More
Ifound the entire staff to be courtious, professional looking, and knowlegable. The vehicle was returned cleaner than when I brought it in. I used BMW of Ann Arbor for nearly 7 years, both for regular maintenance and repairs. The price, service and courtesy was second to none, in my opinion. The skill of the mechanics is a bit variable (som regular maintenance and repairs. The price, service and courtesy was second to none, in my opinion. The skill of the mechanics is a bit variable (some are excellent and some are just okay), but everyone in the service department aims to please. Compared to dealers I've used in Calfornia, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Ohio, Illinois, these are are the best. More
