Pleasant, patient and understanding, he keeps my Z and I inline. Dusty is my "go-to" expert on my Z and my son's 335i, always taking time to answer my most trivial of questions. The whole service department is great to work with and their work is always done right the first time. Dusty is the face of the dealership that I interact with, but I know there is an expert and dedicated staff behind him in the service bays. He is very friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, accommodating and trustworthy. He works with your schedule and with your price range to help you out as much as possible. It is difficult to find someone like Dereck who you completely trust with your car. He has great communication skills both in person and through email. A+ service. I highly recommend. More
