Auto Service Advisor That is a Pleasure to Work With Dusty Harrison has been my Z-4's "Doctor" for 5 years. Routine "physical" or "problem" to fix, Dusty can get me on the schedule and "check-up" or "cu Dusty Harrison has been my Z-4's "Doctor" for 5 years. Routine "physical" or "problem" to fix, Dusty can get me on the schedule and "check-up" or "cure" the ailment. He is a great service advisor and always a pleasure to work with. Pleasant, patient and understanding, he keeps my Z and I inline. Dusty is my "go-to" expert on my Z and my son's 335i, always taking time to answer my most trivial of questions. The whole service department is great to work with and their work is always done right the first time. Dusty is the face of the dealership that I interact with, but I know there is an expert and dedicated staff behind him in the service bays. BMW of Ann Arbor is a pleasure to work with and I will always pass on my highest recommendation about them. Thanks so much to Dusty Harrison and all the service department. More

This is in large part due to my interactions with Dereck West. I have had my car serviced over 5 times this past year and only ask to be with Dereck. He is very friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, accommodating and trustworthy. He works with your schedule and with your price range to help you out as much as possible. It is difficult to find someone like Dereck who you completely trust with your car. He has great communication skills both in person and through email. A+ service. I highly recommend. More
