Service center forgot to pick me up Dusty called me at 3:30 on a Friday telling me that my car was all set. He asked me if I needed a ride back to the dealership. When I said I did, and Dusty called me at 3:30 on a Friday telling me that my car was all set. He asked me if I needed a ride back to the dealership. When I said I did, and told him I was available to go at any time he told me he would call me back. I called the dealership at 5:30, a half-hour before they closed, because I was concerned that I had not heard back from them. They said they could pick me up but not before I gave them payment over the phone. I refused as I told them I would not give payment until I saw my invoice. Needless to say they finally picked me up at 6:30 and I did not return to the dealership until about 7:00 PM. When I told Dusty that a courtesy phone call would have gone a long way, he told me that he planned to call me, but that he was swamped and couldn't make a call. I also found his explanation that they were swamped unbelievable, as I was the only customer who they picked up after 5:30, and I told him so. I also spoke to Mark Wade during this time and I stated that I found it very concerning that they treated customers this way. Mark told me that they did not treat customers that way, and I retorted that I was a customer and I was being treated poorly, which Mark had no reply for. All in all, a horrible experience. I have used BMW of Ann Arbor before, but after this encounter I will never go back to this dealership or service center again! More

By far I've worked with Dereck most frequently however, and he has such a kind and thoughtful demeanor and truly has a 'no problem" attitude about anything that has come up with my car's service needs. Whether I've had pre-arranged service or driven in with a last minute question about something, Dereck has always been pleasant and truly professional regarding my car's needs. Also impressive is the way Dereck has responded to emails or phone calls in a prompt manner. I am happy to endorse Ann Arbor BMW as an outstanding service experience. More

Wonderful service experience with BMW Ann Arbor I've had service on an older BMW and regular maintenance on a new BMW.
