I told Jennifer what I wanted done... my annual change oil/filter, check the brakes, my tires/pressure, replace my wiper since its not working properly and check over all, then Phyllis make a follow up just making sure that i'm confirmed on the date I gave them. So while my car is in the shop , we need to do couple of errands... the best part is they have a service car that will pick you up and drive you wherever your destiny is. The driver's name Debbie Dean..... she's a super woman. Over all BMW-Anchorage has excellent CS, friendly and very accommodating More
