Every time that I bring my truck into BMW for service, I am beyond impressed. There are A LOT of dealerships in Anchorage who quite honestly, do not care one iota about their customers. They know that there is nowhere else for them to go in order for them to get their vehicles serviced by their respective dealer. BMW of Anchorage is not one of those dealers. Even though I am getting my RAM truck serviced there, they always are there with a smile on their face and excellent service. It's got me thinking about a BMW for my next purchase!
