My x3 broke down in Willow, Alaska. Bruce Pederson, Anchorage Service Manager arranged for towing and transportation for me and my family back to Anchorage. We were in a remote area but Bruce Pederson, Anchorage Service Manager arranged for towing and transportation for me and my family back to Anchorage. We were in a remote area but help arrived in 45 minutes! Using BMW towing saved us a four hour wait. Bruce understood immediately what the problem was and reassured me that all would be taken care of. In fact, My car was repaired the next day. Washed and ready to go. I couldn't be happier. Bruce has always come thru for me. I have had two BMW's in the last 10 years and will always have a BMW. I spoke with Phyllis Halverston about future new BMW. Not quite ready to purchase one at this time. More

Great Over all it was a good experience. Only thing I did not like was that when parts needed to be ordered they ordered the wrong parts. Was fix by overnig Over all it was a good experience. Was fix by overnighting the part over but I do not live in anchorage so if I was only their for a couple of days then that would have not worked. Also when I bought a new key they did not program all the features so I had to come back. Not really happy about having to come back and forth all the time. Service Nico was good and I thank him a lot for what he did understanding that I live on Kodiak he was great to work with. Thank you. More

Detail for Christmas I took my Mini in for a detail and they did a superb job. Excellent detail work done. Only bummer was they didn't put my winter boots and scraper back I took my Mini in for a detail and they did a superb job. Excellent detail work done. Only bummer was they didn't put my winter boots and scraper back in my car and don't have them at the shop so now we they are finding a way to comp me for that which is frustrating because my boots were the only items left in my car for winter safe driving. Highly accommodating; very quick turnaround I had to cancel and re-schedule my original appointment due to a work-related emergency with very short notice. I’d normally not request a loaner vehicle, but one was offered at the time of rescheduling. This was a huge convenience as I live approximately an hour way. I anticipated my service to take the entire day because several items where being addressed. I was pleasantly surprised to discover all items had been quickly handled in only a few hours. Quick, quality and affordable services Took my 5-years old X3 to the service for the strange noise, like fan would suddenly turn on. They took it in right away. Bruce, service employee, called me back in 2 hours, and said the water pump is leaking and must be replaced. Despite of the expired warranty, they charged me only $136!!! due to the low mileage on my BMW. I had my X3 back in 2 days, fixed, washed, and vacuumed.
