We had an acute problem while my wife was driving her car. We went immediately to the dealership. We were able to drive right into the warm clean service area. The technicians were able to ascertain the problem, and aside from having to wait for the new alternator to arrive, they were able to complete a lengthy list of needed services in just a few days.
