Never again will I bring my 530 to this dealership for service. I had to go to Passport in Maryland to buy the car because of the rude experience I had with the salesman and now I have found that you must service. I purchased A Used BMW 1998 528i with 57,000 miles on it. A couple of days after I purchased the vehicle, while driving on the interstate from DC to Richmond Va. at approximately 55 mph, the vehicle started A couple of days after I purchased the vehicle, while driving on the interstate from DC to Richmond Va. at approximately 55 mph, the vehicle started to vibrate and the steering wheel shimmied. I took the car to Merchant's Tire in Richmond and had my balanced. Driving back to DC the vibration and shimmy continued. I have taken the car back to BMW of Arlington three times, and they claim the vibration and shimmy is normal and refuse to fix the problem. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. More
