Terrible experience at BMW of Alexandria. I brought my car in for routine service, and when I picked it up, I found a nail in one of the tires. The dealership immediately denied any responsib I brought my car in for routine service, and when I picked it up, I found a nail in one of the tires. The dealership immediately denied any responsibility, claiming the nail was already there — even though they performed a full inspection when I dropped it off and sent me a report that made zero mention of any nail or tire damage. When I questioned this, the manager gave me a completely contradictory excuse, saying they “didn’t inspect that tire.” So which is it? Either they didn’t inspect the tire (which would be negligence) or they did and are lying about the damage. Either way, it’s clear they were more interested in deflecting blame than actually helping a customer. In the end, they forced me to pay for a brand new tire out of pocket for damage that clearly happened while the car was in their care. This dealership is either careless, dishonest, or both. I won’t be coming back — and if you care about being treated fairly, you shouldn’t either. More

Today was one of the worst experiences at a service center I have ever had in my life. I went in for an oil change at 1:00 p.m. and I did not leave until 4:45 p.m. After several attempts to ask why it center I have ever had in my life. At no time did I have an opportunity to speak with the service manager because he / she apparently wasn't there. I do not recommend this location for any type of service, if a simple oil change cannot be completed in the proper time limits. This was my first time at this location I have had several experiences with different dealership service centers such as Audi, Cadillac, Lexus and they have all been quite Superior than the experience that I had today. I will say the only one person who saved my perspective of this location was A.J Wiggins. My husband and I are visiting my parents for the holidays and we wanted to make sure that we take care of my mom’s of this location was A.J Wiggins. Moreover, we have years of relations with owning multiple bmws and getting serviced at our local bmw dealership. The closet location to my parents were in Alexandria and Fairfax. We chose this location because we were able to secure a loaner in a short notice. Honestly, despite many unethical events and going back and forth while working with a different advisor and supervisor, they honored the total price for service and parts which should have been done in the first place. When my mom and I went to drop off the loaner, the only person who showed professionalism, consideration and integrity was AJ Wiggins. He asked if we were helped, seeing that we were waiting for a while and showed me and my mom consideration and also made sure that he updated us as things were slowly progressing. Despite not being the assigned advisor to us, he showed considerable willingness to help. If I have any friends or family who needs recommendation for this location, the only person I would refer is A.J Wiggins who is the service advisor. He is the only person that we felt who went outside and beyond. Thank you for doing that. It is these type of professional attitude and actions that will make a customer come back while building trust. This is done not out of personal gain but it is the right thing to do. I could feel that. And that is why, I wanted to write this long review for him. He earns it. More

I am writing to express my complete and utter disappointment with the service I received at BMW of Alexandria. My recent experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to disappointment with the service I received at BMW of Alexandria. My recent experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share how poorly I was treated at your establishment. I scheduled my car for maintenance last Friday, expecting the premium service that BMW claims to offer. Instead, I was met with apathy and unprofessionalism. Upon my arrival, I was instructed to speak with an associate regarding my car. I waited inside for nearly 15 minutes while your staff either ignored me or were too busy to acknowledge my presence. Not a single person asked if I needed assistance or even had the courtesy to tell me to wait. When someone finally decided to help, I detailed the issues with my car: brake problems, an oil change, an expired safety check, and any other necessary fixes. I was promised that all of these would be addressed, and the car would be thoroughly cleaned. I was also assured I would be contacted by the end of the day on Friday to pick up my car. Friday came and went without a single update. I spent Saturday morning calling your service department for nearly two hours, only to be met with endless ringing. When I finally got through, I was told that the supervisor was too busy to speak with me. Eventually, the supervisor called back, apologized, and promised that my car would be ready by 5 PM on Saturday. But, unsurprisingly, the car was not ready. I was then told it would be ready Monday morning. I rearranged my busy schedule to accommodate this delay, only to be met with further disappointment. When I finally picked up my car, I was furious to find it in a disgraceful condition. The car was filthy both inside and out, the tire pressure was low, the mirrors were not folded, and, worst of all, the safety check had not been renewed. When I voiced my concerns, the associate appeared irritated, and a shuttle driver was instructed to clean the car. The car was returned with water spots and still dirty on the inside. The associate made a half-hearted attempt to fix the mirrors, and when I mentioned the tire pressure, I was told it would "be fine after driving for a while." To top it all off, when I got home, the left tire was completely flat. This is absolutely unacceptable. I spent $3,300 on this service, fully prepared to spend an additional $7,000 to address the remaining issues, and this is the treatment I received? I have never felt so disrespected and undervalued as a customer. This experience has left me with no desire to continue any relationship with BMW. I will be sharing this horrendous experience with all my friends, family members, and my entire business network. I have already decided that neither I nor any of my companies will purchase or authorize the purchase of BMW vehicles in the future. I am beyond pissed off and completely disillusioned with BMW of Alexandria. This level of service is inexcusable and reflects poorly on your brand. I sincerely hope that steps are taken to address these issues, though I am doubtful any action will be sufficient to restore my faith in your dealership. More

My service provider, Nejad Khalefa was excellent at notifying and providing me all of the information in the my service process. Although a loaner vehicle wasn't available when I dropped off my vehicle notifying and providing me all of the information in the my service process. Although a loaner vehicle wasn't available when I dropped off my vehicle Wednesday, July 24, 2024, he ensured that one was available so I can keep my car there to get the necessary service I needed. I was able to have transportation while my vehicle was being serviced. Nejad was a true professional, and I recommend him to anyone who needs to have there vehicle serviced at BMW. More
