BMW of Alexandria was the fourth dealership I visited on the day of my purchase. By far, Paul was the best dealer that I encountered. The other dealers were nice when showing me the cars, but pushy. Found the vehicle online and visited the dealer to see the vehicle in person. Paul was very responsive and provided all the info that I requested. When I went to the dealership to finalize the deal and do the paperwork, everything was ready to go and the whole process was quick and to the point, no drawn out processes. Minimal attempts to sell extra "services" when I said that I wanted nothing additonal on the used car, the additional sales/finance pitches ended. More
