I'm reading all of these great comments however, I did not have a good experience at BMW Arlington. I visited this dealership, after visiting three (3) others on the same day, to purchase a car. I had my own financing and had every intention of purchasing a car. I test drove a car, just to drive, but I didn't like the color. I returned on Wednesday to test drive the black/black and was told that it was in the paint shop and would be ready by Friday. I received a call from my sales person at 10 am telling me that he was off today, but that someone else knew that I was coming to test drive the car. I went to the dealership and was told that the car was sold last night. I asked how that was possible, since the car should have just come out of the shop that day. Cars move quickly was the response I received. The young lady knew that I was disgusted and had the sales manager come out to speak with me. He then asked if I came to buy the car today. I told him that I came prepared earlier this week to purchase Tuesday to purchase a car and thought that I would have it by now. He then tried to sell me on another color and I sternly said no. He then tried to tell me that the car I came to purchase probably wasn’t intended for me and that I should consider a lease. I sternly said NO. When I went to the dealership on Tuesday, I could tell that the sales people were reluctant to work with me. They did not think that I was serious about purchasing a car and didn’t want to waster their time. I even told one of the sales people that I didn’t think they were taking me serious as a buyer. Profiling is still so prevalent. But there are still some hardworking, young African Americans, with good credit, that can go to BMW lots to purchase a car. I watched them jumped at the chance to serve perspective buyers of other races. More
Paul was extremely friendly and helpful from the beginning, and he quickly found the vehicle I was looking for. I have little to criticize about my sales visit, and my husband bought a car from him beginning, and he quickly found the vehicle I was looking for. I have little to criticize about my sales visit, and my husband bought a car from him the very next day. Paul went above and beyond in finding me a formidable price. Suggestions I would give: I did not have floor mats in my car when I purchased them. I was called to pick them up and they were given to me still in the package. They should have been installed for me (or at least offered). I also had to hook up my Sirius satellite radio myself. I purchased a Mercedes in the area last year and this was all done for me. I don't need these small things done for me, but from a customer service perspective, they should be done by the dealer. More
The dealership was very friendly and accommodating. Paul helped find a car that was exactly what I was looking for and worked with the price to match where my budget was. One issue that I was not very happy about was the dealerships unwillingness to match the price that carmax had offered me for my vehicle; so i had to drive out to carmax, sell my car and return to the dealership with the check... which took around 2 hours. Paul was gracious enough to follow me out to carmax and give me a ride back. He also threw in a nice golf bag with the car. Here is a hint BMW, if a customer has proof that the car he owns is worth a certain amount from carmax, offer him that same amount and then go sell the car to carmax yourself! The next thing I took issue with was the car set-up. There is no reason why I should have to go back to the dealership to get the floor-mats for my vehicle, and I should not have to spend an hour on the phone setting up my satellite radio. Mercedes had my wife's car all ready to go when we picked it up, we didn't have to setup a single thing in or on the vehicle. More

Paul Blakeman, my salesman, did a terrific job sheparding the whole thing for me, which was particulary helpful given my busy work and personal schedules. I would reccomend BMW of Arlington to anyone looking for BMWs in the NW DC or Arlington area. Although they ultimately had to transfer my car in from another local dealer, they were able to do it without difficultly and in less than 24 hours from my initial visit. The convienent location, hours and good service made the process of locating the right car exceptionally easy. More
Great dealership!!! Here they deliver the BMW experience all day long. I bought a new bmw 5 series in black. I purchased a BMW from this dealer and I have to say this is by far the best service and experience I could imagine, and I have dealt with a lot of dealerships. They sent me some pictures of the car that sho is by far the best service and experience I could imagine, and I have dealt with a lot of dealerships. They sent me some pictures of the car that showed the vehicle condition, features, and even a nice explaination on how to use the features of the car. All these were very helpful in making a decision on purchasing the vehicle. While I could have purchased a similiar vehicle for slightly less money at another dealer, the team at BMW of Arlington really went out of their way to provide "white glove" service. Thanks for taking this a great experience. I want to share my appreciation regarding this experience and service to everyone, and highly recommend the team at BMW of Arlington. On 8/11/2009 I ordered and paid for a new sun vison with the service departments as part of some other service I was having performed. As of today, that sun visor has not been received or installed. After serveral calls to the service avisor, Steven Reinard, who repeatedly being state "it would be delivered to the dealership the next monday and to stop by and we'll install it and I'll give you a call". No call, no visor ever happened. I have called him at least 5 time since August 2009 and he has never called me to let me know that the visor is in or to refund the money I paid in advance. I have called the Service manager, Mike Winter and the GM with no return calls. Frustating to say the least. One would think that BMW would not support such poor service on their products. I'm also sending BMW an e-mail for help. More
I bought my firsst Bmw from bmw of arlington, and i couldnt have chosen a better place to do it. I was very impressed with the vast array of different selection they had. the showroom was clean with couldnt have chosen a better place to do it. I took a couple test drives and the whole process was very smooth. The prices where defineltly very reasonable. Afterwards the parts department and service did a great job applying Cilajet coating and the parts i ordered. So when i was approached by the manager to write about my experience i was thrilled to agree. I give this place 5 stars. More

Basicly I was in Va for training from work and on my last day of training my starter went on my BMW Convertible. I was quite distressed being 320 miles from home with no tow service or AAA. I found BMW of Arlington online and called and got the service rider, who went out of his way to call the Tow Company as I was quite upset still. It was about 3:45pm on a Friday .He got 3 techs to stay and he stayed as well...he brought us up to get some dinner while we waited..and they got the job done in about 2.5 hours. We were on our way back home to NH and it was such a pleasant experience in such a bad situation. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH to everyone at BMW of Arlington. More
