Every time I've had to bring my BMW in for service, Eric Eisenhart has personally followed up to see if I was satisfied. This past visit, I commented to him that it seemed like I would have to live with the minor problems I was experiencing. Eric asked me if I would be able to remain at the dealership for a few minutes longer and after 15 minutes or so, he escorted me to the door and pointed out an upgraded model and told me it was mine. I really thought they had taken the customer satisfaction further than they had to and I was quite surprised. Eric expressed that I had been a loyal customer for many years and they wanted to make sure I remained a satisfied, loyal customer. Needless to say, Dave Walter BMW and Eric Eisenhart have my customer loyalty for another twenty years at least. More

After determining our existing BMW needed extensive work we leased a new 3281 from Eric Eisenhart. This is our 4th bmw all purchased and serviced at Dave Walter. For those of you who may be out of state or we leased a new 3281 from Eric Eisenhart. This is our 4th bmw all purchased and serviced at Dave Walter. For those of you who may be out of state or not familiar with these folks I would highly recommend them to anyone. Integrity, Trust and truly commited to making sure your experience is fantastic is what their all about. My wife and I were not expecting to have to make a new purchase and came away from this most recent purchase feeling absolutely great about our decision to move forward. I brought my X5 in for a small issue with my driver's seat. Instead of "band-aid" patches tweaks that I've read other dealers do, they went right to the root of the problem and replaced the defective par seat. If you're looking for no-nonsense BMW service this is the place to bring your car. Also for this repair I utilized Dave Walter BMW's Valet service to pick up my car from home, leave a loaner, and return the car to my office. On October 11, 2010, I brought my BMW in for winter servicing. I was greeted in the service area by a gentleman taking my car key and welcoming me with a friendly smile. (This gentleman previously dro servicing. I was greeted in the service area by a gentleman taking my car key and welcoming me with a friendly smile. (This gentleman previously drove me to and from work when my car needed service on a workday.) Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by the service coordinator, who had my service order ready on his computer screen. We reviewed the order, plus he answered questions and provided guidance and information pertinent to my inquiries. I was told my car would be ready within an hour and escorted to a comfortable waiting area. (I really enjoyed the photographs on display, as I am a baby boomer and could identify the characters.) My car was ready on time as promised. The service coordinator discussed the actions taken and presented me with written confirmation. He also indicated all services were under warranty. This was a welcome surprise! The service coordinator then pointed out the location of my car and told me to call anytime with either concerns or requests for service. The customer service rendered was excellent. The concern for quality workmanship, plus the effort to establish rapport and trust between service department and customer is commendable. More

He kicked me out of the dealer when he did not want to argue. I had the car in to change the headgasket. Before doing any work on the car i told Josh (service assistant) to keep me informed of anythin argue. I had the car in to change the headgasket. Before doing any work on the car i told Josh (service assistant) to keep me informed of anything else that would need to be done to the car. The cylinder heads were taken for the shop to be checked and turned out to be ok. Changed thermostat and water pump. Now before changing all this a mechanic would check to see how the cylinder wall looks. We got the car back with a tapping noise which they said it would go away...it didn't so my father opens the car up..and removes and replaces the piston....now while the piston was out the cyl. wall was scratched. Today i went back to Dave Walter BMW and i was kicked out by the Service Manager because he thinks that the scratches were not there when their mechanic was working on it. This is a joke...i drove a merely maybe 400 miles with the car after i left their dealer before my dad opened it up...so there is no way that the scratch was done after they changed the headgasket... Either way if I don't find a way to work this out with the Dave Walter Manager himself then I will be forced to go to the news and also sue the dealer. More
