Broken promises & Unreliable Service I purchased a used BMW i3 from the internet sales department. The sales man told me everything that he thought I wanted to hear in order to convince I purchased a used BMW i3 from the internet sales department. The sales man told me everything that he thought I wanted to hear in order to convince me to make the purchase. During the process I only was concerned with 3 things, the price, the vehicle charger, and shipping. The price I had no issues with. As far as shipping the told me it would be 2-3 days for me to get the car but I didn’t receive it until 2 weeks later. As for the charger, they promised it in the deal. It only makes sense because it an electric car. However when the car came, no charger was in the car. After calling them they gave me endless excuses and even told me that I was wrong about them promising it. Now two weeks later, the manager won’t take my calls and no charger. In addition to this, very poor communication. Don’t waste your time or money. Find a dealer that values their customers and keeps promises. More

Untrustworthy dealership This dealership scammed us into paying a lot more than we should of. Josh started negotiating the price we gave a certain price out the door. They sent us to Ted he ended up agreeing to the price, after negotiating our trade in. They put that price WITHOUT taxes and license, that is not what we agreed on. They admitted that they they didn’t communicate that to each other, and are in the wrong yet they are doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to resolve this. I give there customer service an F when a problem arises. They are crooks. We still have not received a call back from the gm Vincent. More

He was very friendly and talked us into making a offer and we did committed to a price we would stand behind. He then takes us to the sales managers office where he slaps a paper down showing the price we had wanted now it was time to negotiate the trade in which we did. More
