I called ahead of time and scheduled appointment for service. Prior to my appointment, I received an email reminder which was nice. When I brought my car in for service, I was professionally greeted and quickly directed to my service rep, Emilee McClellan. She had me in a loaner and on my way to work in short order. My car was ready when promised. My paperwork was not ready when I returned to pick up my car but was emailed to me promptly the following morning as promised to avoid me having to wait on it. I found the experience to be fast, convenient and courteous. While it is not the fault of Ms. McClellan or BMW of Columbia, this online survey has been far too time consuming. Very friendly service from Emilee. She kept me informed of progress of my car, understood my timing needs, and made sure these needs were met. The next time I came back to the dealership and was assigned of progress of my car, understood my timing needs, and made sure these needs were met. ISAAC DEAS IS THE MOST PROFFESIONAL AND CARING AUTO SALESPERSON THAT I HAVE DEALT WITH. I recently had my car serviced for its scheduled maintenance and inspection. Emilee was very attentive to me as this was my first time. She called me to make sure I didn't miss my appointment. She even suggested that I bring it in early that morning by 7:30 to get the very first spot, and I did. My car was ready by lunchtime and I really appreciated it. Every time I have come to this location and Emilee has been my service provider, I have been more than satisfied. She is friendly, knowlegeable and most importantly, she keeps her word.
