I called ahead of time and scheduled appointment for service. Prior to my appointment, I received an email reminder which was nice. My car was ready when promised. My paperwork was not ready when I returned to pick up my car but was emailed to me promptly the following morning as promised to avoid me having to wait on it. I found the experience to be fast, convenient and courteous. While it is not the fault of Ms. McClellan or BMW of Columbia, this online survey has been far too time consuming. I recently had my car serviced for its scheduled maintenance and inspection. Emilee was very attentive to me as this was my first time. She called me to make sure I didn't miss my appointment.
