We had a wonderful experience at BMW of Columbia. Ike was very friendly and knowledgeable, and we never felt pressured or uncomfortable in any way. In all my years of purchasing cars this was the best experience by far. Mr Deas was cordial and helpful thru out the whole process, he wasn't pushy like some I have experience. His knowledge of the vehicle was above reproach, how he remebers all the attributes of the car I will never know, he provided us with very detail knowledge of the cars attributes and capabilities. I will give your company much credit in the training and preperation of its employees, The day we were at the dealer was very hot and humid, Isaac offered and suplied us with some refreshing beverages and let us take our time and make our decisions. It was a real pleasure working with him. We also appreciated the way he followed up with us several days later to see how we were doing and if we had any questions which we did and he answered. I would also like to mention Mr. Taylor from finance, he was also very friendly and cordial, he explained everything financial in very good detail, we were very satisfied with the options we chose. In general your company is heads and shoulders above any I have dealt with, keep up the good work and I will be back soon for another purchase, looking forward to it. Within my 27 years plus of purchasing automobiles, I have found Jeremy to be the most honest and courteous person/salesman that I've came upon in many years. During the time period when purchasing my auto, my sister had become very sick with cancer, which required shuffling of my schedule and appointments quite a bit, but Jeremy was able to accomodate my schedule at every turn with a happy smile. This wasn't an act, he is a very impressive individual, but the most impressive act of kindness was that he gave me the space needed to care for my sister, but at the same time stay connected. Whenever he would call, the first thing he would ask, How's your sister Hattie by name? My sister has since pass, there again, he call to offer his condolence, and to this day he still call to see how we are enjoying our automobile and do we have any questions about the auto. I have been so impress with Jeremy that I have recommend my family as well as anyone that inquire about purchasing an automobile. I consider Jeremy a friend. I would be remissed if I didn't also mention Jeremy's Sales Manager, who was very eager to lend a helping strategy for our purchase. The eventual price we agreed on was very attractive and reached with a minimal of haggling and time waiting to hear from the sales manager. This was easily one of the top two experiences in new car buying I have ever experienced. For anybody interested in purchasing a BMW I would highly recommend this salesman. More
I did something I had never considered before. I bought a new (3400 dealer miles) BMW 550 over the internet (eBay) because it was such a good price for a car otherwise difficult to find with the options it a new (3400 dealer miles) BMW 550 over the internet (eBay) because it was such a good price for a car otherwise difficult to find with the options it had. I live in NJ so there was no shortage of trepidation on my part about buying a car in South Carolina, but even with the cost of a plane flight to pick it up, it was a great deal. I paid for the car in full close to two weeks before my schedule permitted me time to fly to pick it up. Despite having my money, the professional staff, especially Jeremy, treated me as if they didn't. I flew to SC and Jeremy picked me up at the airport and the car was prepped and ready for delivery. Jeremy spent over an hour showing me the car's features before I drove it back home. When it turned out that one of the keys was not properly programmed (couldn't tell in SC because the keys were always together), I was told to take it to my local BMW dealer and if it wasn't covered under warranty, they would pay the bill for whatever it cost to get it programmed, no questions asked (turned out to be under warranty). The SC title work was delivered to me and was in perfect order allowing me to register the car in NJ. In short, what could have been a process with any number of pitfalls and disasters when the dealer is a thousand miles away, was as problem free and as smooth as I could have hoped for. So not only would I recommend this dealer in general, if the price is right, as it was for me, you can trust them to deal with you several states away as if you lived in their backyard. More
I just moved to Columiba from Houston a year ago. there are way more BMW dealers in Houston. so i first stoped at the dealer in Columiba, the first meeting was very good. Mr. Deas is a great sales person! but i still felt i should give houston a try, coz of course we have many more dealers in houston than here. but i went back to houston only found out that how great the sales people are in columbia. i m not sayin g people in houston are bad, it just didnt feel that warm feeling that i felt when i was with BMW of Columiba. in that case, i went back to BMW of Columbia. the whole team are wonderful, i have to say this is not the first BMW i have,(i had used ones, first brand new BMW for me) the sales, sales manager, and the F&I people are warm and very profession of their job. i walk into a BMW dealers, i was already sold on the cars, it was the people who let me made my final decision. #1 BMW dealer for me to recommand to my all my friends. BMW really mades wonderful cars, as an Asian American, i try to stay with a new TL or G37. but the drive is just,,,i have no word to it. thank you for reading this. hope this is useful More
Service was great. Fast, friendly, and very professional service. Don helped to negotiate an out of state deal as though I was there at the dealer.
