Jakob, We are sorry that you are having issues with your BMW. We provide a one year warranty on most labor that we perform to the individual that the services were rendered, however that would not apply since you just recently purchased the vehicle. We respect the other service centers opinion however it would be impossible for them to testify to the condition of the transmission pan on your car a year ago. In review of our records the transmission pan was not the leaking component. As I am sure you understand replacing a part that was not defective would have not been ethical or cost effective. Please call me directly at 843-230-3329 and I will be glad to offer you a 1 time goodwill gesture. Also note the last time the car was in our service facility the customer declined all repairs. Further questions concerning the warranty on your vehicle should be directed towards the seller. David Miles General Manager
