I took my car in for oil change service last week. My car was there for five hours and they mistakenly serviced a different car instead of mine. Had to leave with my unserviced car. Was told I would g My car was there for five hours and they mistakenly serviced a different car instead of mine. Had to leave with my unserviced car. Was told I would get a call back, never did so I had to call twice to try to reschedule. I was told they would do a full service detail on my car to make up for the mistake. I dropped my car off this morning to be serviced again, they completed the service but did not do any of the detail work. Still had bugs on the front of the car and nothing was detailed or cleaned. When I mentioned it, I was told they will give me a call tomorrow and they were so sorry. Same thing I heard when they serviced the wrong car the week prior. Very little accountability taken. Not a good luck for a service department of luxury cars. More
