Brought my car in yesterday for a recall issue. They were very pleasant and as soon as they knew, they needed to order a part they put me in a beautiful loaner car and got it done the next day. The worse customer service ever ! !! Mr/Ms. Jesse was rude and argumentative . training needed .. REQUIRED! i found the service rep argumentative additionally she did not report back !! Also, the contracted uber ride has awful the car was so filthy.. I could not find a clean place to sit .. The driver did not have a towel for me to be seated on .. I took the ride because I was late and needed to get to work. It took 30 minutes for the nasty ride to arrive .. It is my hope you have higher expectations for your patrons,, Beginning with the representative If I as a patron wants to explain there were not damages in my car and I need clarity then I should not be told what your experiences were with your car.. Nor should the representative argue that she covered her self and what measures she took to protect herself .. She spent no time hearing my concerns or addressing the issue I inquired of the dealership .. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR representative I have owned three vehicles and had them serviced there since 1994 never have i ever experienced an encounter like that day .. PS I Have pics of the inside of the uber . NASTY !! More
