Leasing the new car was a pleasant experience. Leticia was my contact. She worker after work hours to help me out and get me the new lease. She communicates well and follows up. However when I brought my old car, the service team kept it there for a couple months. Every time I reached out to them, they were finding a new problem and more of an expense. I felt trapped to sell my old car to you and lease from you to avoid the expenses that incurred. In the end my car was never fixed. Very unethical business approach. I am disappointed with the BMW service and quality. I have now leased a car from you and will see how I am being treated as a customer to decide whether I will ever buy from you or not. More
