But after multiple failed attempts to contact someone about this issue and for it to actual be addressed, and it’s been unsuccessful I feel it’s warranted and my last resort. I am a new mom and in the market for a car, and came across a used Range Rover that was located at this dealership. Now I understand this is a Range Rover at a BMW dealership, so it’s understandable that I would be purchasing a used car without the warranty etc. Upon arrival I was greeted kindly and thought the experience would be fabulous, until it wasn’t. I was introduced to a sales woman named Velma, who instantly seemed as if she couldn’t be bothered, and annoyed that I brought my husband and newborn with me. She barely made conversation and just grabbed the keys to the car,.on the test drive once again barely any conversation unless it was started by me, and had absolutely no information regarding the vehicle. A friend of mine who works for another BMW dealership had started asking questions through text to ask our sales associate, and Velma couldn’t be bothered to even answer or would start to roll her eyes. She ran numbers and told me due to having a current car loan in my name I would need a co signer, which was absolutely expected. I left the dealership with the worst taste in my mouth and didn’t want to return, until my step father/cosigner convinced me to go back as this was my dream car, and a manager called me to discuss my experience. I decided to give them another chance, and was directed to see either Tyra or Sean. I saw Tyra and yet again ANOTHER terrible introduction. She asked what the issue I had was, and I began to explain to her my experience and she gave me the absolute worst attitude, and made it seem like there was no problem and I was making up how terrible my experience was, until my step father jumped in. She finally changed to somewhat pleasant, and gave us to Sam another associate. Sam was more helpful than our last associate until he wasn’t. We went on another test drive and wanted to run numbers, as we were walking into the dealership he told us he needed to quickly sign another client from earlier papers and he would be with us in a moment. We said no problem and waited for a few minutes. As we sat down with him we also wanted to hopefully get the car purchase started around 8Pm, and when he got up to get numbers, he disappeared! Completely abandoned working with us to help the previous couple who returned back due to some sort of light turning on as they were driving off the lot! At this point after 30 minutes we got up and walked out to never return. I called the following day to speak to a higher up manager, and I got the worst response and attitude yet again.! I have emailed and called multiple times with no responses or even solution to the issue. Long story short my dream car won’t be purchased due to the terrible customer service at this location! If I can save someone else from this horrible experience I hope I can! DO NOT GO HERE! More

Concerns About Recent Service Experience at Vista BMW I'm writing to share a recent experience at Vista BMW on December 13, 2023, which has left me disappointed in your service department. As a long-term BMW customer and advocate, this encounter has made me question the customer service quality at Vista BMW. On December 13th, I brought my 2021 BMW X5 M50I, for a scheduled oil change. I had rescheduled twice due to health issues. At the dealership, I met with Mr. Steven Ruth, my service advisor. He suggested additional services, which I declined. Then, Mr. Ruth informed me that I was three days past due for my third complimentary oil change, typically covered by BMW. Despite explaining my health-related rescheduling, Mr. Ruth initially refused to honor the complementary service. He later offered it if I agreed to paid brake pad replacement, pending service manager approval. Feeling coerced, I agreed. The services were completed, but a week later, my dashboard indicated a need for brake pad replacement. I returned to Vista BMW, discovering that the agreed service was a brake fluid change, not brake pad replacement. I felt both disappointed in myself for not reviewing the paperwork and dismayed by the service advisor's misinformation. I spoke with the service manager, Mr. Mark O'Sullivan, who confirmed approving the brake fluid change. However, he attributed any miscommunication about brake pads to the advisor and me. This situation undermines my trust in Vista BMW. My concern isn't for free services but the integrity and transparency of your service process. I would appreciate the dealership's general manager reviewing this matter. It's been a week since my visit, with no follow-up from the dealership. Update review: December 2023 (RE: purchase of our 4th vehicle with Vista BMW) Unfortunately, my latest transaction with Vista has been anything but positive. After trading in my vehicle on November 7, I’m still waiting on the balance of my trade-in to arrive. I have repeatedly emailed and contacted Gloria Feliz and Mery Zambrano from the accounting department about this but they both sat on my request for days claiming that the lien holder hasn’t released the title of my trade-in. Aside from answering my emails when they elected to, I had to call them but was given the same run-around. Finally, I’d decided to call the lien holder myself and Dade County Federal advised me that there was an outstanding balance of $29! This should have been followed up and taken care of weeks ago by Vista! Why did I have to call the lien holder myself when Vista has already taken possession of my trade-in for over a month? What happened to the impeccable customer service I was accustomed to with this dealership? I suspect this is a result of employing young and unqualified individuals who have no concept or concern for customer service or loyalty. I am terribly disappointed with Vista! More
Went to try buy a new car from this dealership 2nd time, my last car ended up purchasing from Branam in West Palm Beach who sold me same car with more options at a lower price than vista and did everything my last car ended up purchasing from Branam in West Palm Beach who sold me same car with more options at a lower price than vista and did everything over the phone, still take my car to vista for service, tried the other day to buy a new car from vista and basically told if you can buy the car somewhere else cheaper than buy it there, we not talking about $100 we talking thousands, VIsta doesn't want my business the salesman basically told me they selling lots of cars and buy it elsewhere.
