purchased a brand new custom BMW M2 from this dealership and has been dealing with a serious, unresolved fuel-related issue that causes dangerous gas fumes to enter the vehicle. The car has been brought int and has been dealing with a serious, unresolved fuel-related issue that causes dangerous gas fumes to enter the vehicle. The car has been brought into service six times for the same problem. Despite multiple parts being replaced, the issue continues. During the first visit, the service department even damaged an unrelated part, which took weeks of back-and-forth to get corrected. Each time, he politely requested that his vehicle be handled with care and returned in the same immaculate condition it was brought in — yet that has proven impossible for this dealership. On the most recent visit, not only was the driver’s floor mat thrown onto the passenger side, leaving dirt and stains on the carpet, but the service team also drove the car over 50 miles — which was completely unnecessary for a fuel issue — and returned it with significant paint damage and large chips on the bumper. If you take pride in your vehicle’s condition, stay far away from this service department. They show no respect or accountability for customer property or workmanship. Formal complaints have been filed with BMW North America, and legal action is being pursued More

He also did not try to "sell" us on anything that we didn't want just to move his inventory. I am a very busy person and as such I know I have very high expectations.
