ABOSULUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN ALL OF MY CAR SHOPPING EXPERIENCES. I PURCHASED MY CARE 21 DAYS AGO AND THEY FORGOT TO PAY OFF MY PREVIOUS LEASE AND CHARGING ME FOR 2 CARS. THIS OCCURED OF MY CAR SHOPPING EXPERIENCES. I PURCHASED MY CARE 21 DAYS AGO AND THEY FORGOT TO PAY OFF MY PREVIOUS LEASE AND CHARGING ME FOR 2 CARS. THIS OCCURED 10 DAYS AFTER MY PURCHASE. THEY SHOULD'VE PAID IT OFF WHEN I GAVE IT TO THEM AND SIGNED THE PAPERS. I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING UP DAILY FOR 3 WEEKS AND NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED STILL. THE ENTIRE STAFF PLAYS HOT POTATO AND THROWS YOU AROUND. MY SALESMAN WAS KENDRY. I ALSO DEALT WITH JEREMY BEHAR AND THE GENERAL MANAGER TIM. HIGHLY UPSET THAT I HAVE TO CALL BMW EVERY DAY ABOUT BEING CHARGED FOR 2 CARS. I SHOULD HAVE NEVER HAD TO TALK TO THEM AGAIN SINCE I DROVE OFF THE LOT. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL DEALERSHIP. I HAVE EVEN RECEIVED THE GENERAL MANAGERS PHONE NUMBER AN HE HAS READ MY MESSAGES AND NEGLECTED TO RESPOND. I was on my way to purchasing a Volvo however Coconut Creek BMW was the first dealership I came to before Volvo so I decided to stop. I knew nothing about a BMW until I met my sales representative Ovid Creek BMW was the first dealership I came to before Volvo so I decided to stop. I knew nothing about a BMW until I met my sales representative Ovid Sachi who right away advised me that BMW was superior to Volvo and explained the differences. Ovid suggested we go for a test drive to experience the actual performance and feel of this vehicle. After test driving I didn’t want to look any further for another vehicle., this was it, a BMW X3. Ovid was very patient in explaining all the interior options, parking package, warranties etc, all of this was new to me and actually awesome. I’m fussy about my colors, Ovid then promised he could order the exact interior and exterior colors of my choice. It took a week or so to arrive but was so worth the wait. I get so many compliments on my new BMW. I’m extremely happy with my X3 and it would not have happened without the expertise of my sales representative OVID. Thank you Ovid! I must say that all of the employees who assisted with my sale at Coconut Creek BMW were top notch. I went to the dealership knowing nothing about BMWs. I was introduced to Stephen Austin for help and he took the time to make sure I knew the differences between the models and the various options and I was introduced to Stephen Austin for help and he took the time to make sure I knew the differences between the models and the various options and packages that I may want or need. What I was looking for was an uncommon collection of options and so I decided the best path was to order a vehicle. Stephen and I sat together to make sure I chose what I needed and left off what I did not. Stephen told me I should expect a build time of 6-8 weeks; based on the nightmare stories I have heard from friends who ordered other luxury cars, I told him I would bet the over. The new X5 came in in only 4 weeks (I would have lost that bet). Stephen took care of most of the paperwork before I arrived for delivery and was able to get in and out quickly! More
