Then they said they would send a partial refund because their third party company charged them 300 instead of 196, that I also paid. They charged me over 2,800 in dealer fees and tried to scam me out of another 1, 020.00 fees that I already paid for. Be warned, don't trust a thing they say. More

It was absolutely horrible! I am expressing my dissatisfaction with BMWs service department which represents it new managment teams. I recently took my vehicle in for battery re I am expressing my dissatisfaction with BMWs service department which represents it new managment teams. I recently took my vehicle in for battery related concerns on Monday 06/10/2024 as I recently had work done on my car. During the visit they performed an inspection. The inspection had a few recommendations, however, this concern relates specifically to the front left headlight being out. I was quoted with a repair cost for a headlamp issue they brought to my attention for $750.00 which I agreed too soley based on the cost presented along with the battery replacement. I paid a total of $970 for my visit. I also paid an additional $211 for the prices of rental. Upon the completion of the repairs, my service advisor told me the car was ready. When I arrived to pick up my car, I noticed the warning headlight was STILL on after making payments. Since my advisor was off that day, I took the car and contacted her with pictures of the alert light malfunction as well as the light that I paid for NOT functioning. I was told that I would have to bring the car back in again to be inspected. After not having my car back for a period of time, I was inconvenienced but obviously I wanted the issue resolved since I already paid for it. I brought the car in again for the headlight issue to be presumably fixed and completed with what I paid for... The service representative is now bringing to my attention that the headlamp has additional issues which will cost $4000.00 to repair. This is very misleading to say the least at no point did anyone bring to my attention prior that there was even the possibility of additional repairs or that after replacing the bulb the light was still on. I tried to speak with service manager which only led to him yelling over me saying he can’t help me and possibily offering a discount off of the 4,000. If they knew there was additional work, why wasn’t it recommended? I believe the concern was misdiagnosed, had I been presented with the correct estimate of $4k, I would not approve the repairs at all.. I am not in a position to budget a $4k repair at the moment for a headlamp, and I am requesting a full refund for the incorrectly quoted repair. Sadly, a full month today, and still no refund or even an apology for the chaos! I am still driving around with a malfunctioning light. If I am pulled over and ticketed for this light malfunction they still would not take any accountability. This new staff does not seem to care or have any kind of established orde within reach. I’ve sent multiple emails and have not gotten one response. FURTHERMORE, had I not been the one to make mention of the malfunction of the light still being on, It would have been as if my car had actually been repaired!!! I agreed for my headlight to be replaced, paid for it, and received a loss of finances on my part. It's been a full month now, and BMW still has my money. More

They made it fun and easy. Beyond that, Kendry absolutely bent over backwards from the first text message to the moment I drove off; staying late, going in early, working fast across time zones with me, and pulling off what was admittedly an unfair ask to work around my schedule. All the way through the process to the finance office experience with Lamar Love, which was a value-add and enjoyable conversation based on tailoring the discussion to my specific situation and needs, not just pushing a host of combo's of added products, was great. It's the only time I've walked out with extended coverage because it's the only time it was catered so closely to what I valued that it made sense. I also walked out with my dream car at the best deal I found anywhere (and I looked everywhere), all with ease and zero headaches. These guys take customer service to a new level and operated with genuine integrity from start to finish. Next time I need a new car, I'm coming back here...even if I have to travel in from somewhere or wait for them to get their hands on what I'm looking for. My experience with them was that good!! More

ABOSULUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN ALL OF MY CAR SHOPPING EXPERIENCES. I PURCHASED MY CARE 21 DAYS AGO AND THEY FORGOT TO PAY OFF MY PREVIOUS LEASE AND CHARGING ME FOR 2 CARS. THIS OCCURED OF MY CAR SHOPPING EXPERIENCES. I PURCHASED MY CARE 21 DAYS AGO AND THEY FORGOT TO PAY OFF MY PREVIOUS LEASE AND CHARGING ME FOR 2 CARS. THIS OCCURED 10 DAYS AFTER MY PURCHASE. THEY SHOULD'VE PAID IT OFF WHEN I GAVE IT TO THEM AND SIGNED THE PAPERS. I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING UP DAILY FOR 3 WEEKS AND NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED STILL. THE ENTIRE STAFF PLAYS HOT POTATO AND THROWS YOU AROUND. MY SALESMAN WAS KENDRY. I ALSO DEALT WITH JEREMY BEHAR AND THE GENERAL MANAGER TIM. HIGHLY UPSET THAT I HAVE TO CALL BMW EVERY DAY ABOUT BEING CHARGED FOR 2 CARS. I SHOULD HAVE NEVER HAD TO TALK TO THEM AGAIN SINCE I DROVE OFF THE LOT.
