Bait & Switch! My family will never buy a car from this Dealer that uses deceit as a technique to lure you in. My husband scheduled an appointment on the phone to see two specific cars, but when we arrive Dealer that uses deceit as a technique to lure you in. My husband scheduled an appointment on the phone to see two specific cars, but when we arrived not hours later to test drive we were told first our choice had sold days prior; yet somehow they scheduled a test drive for this car. Annoyed, we agreed to see our second choice, but that too was gone. Conveniently for the Dealer, they did have a different car to show which was very similar to our first choice and available for a mere $5k more. To add salt to the wound, the saleswoman was not very friendly or at all apologetic. She was cold and dismissive and no one needs her bad attitude! More
