Honestly I was looking for a needle in a haystack. Every other dealer in S. Fla said it was not doable. Enter my man Carson at Vista BMW. He came through for us. I explained how important this purchase was (birthday present for the wife), and he did all he could to make this extra special and even took the time to deliverer the car to us with a big red bow!!! Needless to say we signed all the papers at my dining room table while an advisor ran through the features with my wife downstairs. This experience has been so amazing that I am now trading my car in for another BMW from Carson and his team!! It was an amazing surprise and I could not recommend Carson more!! Thanks again!! More

I called this dealership to inquire regarding a Alpina XB7. Over the phone, I was not met with the greatest candor or assistance. However, despite his demeanor, I chose to go to the dealership and investigate the vehicle myself. Upon entering the dealership, I noticed the vehicle in the showroom right away, and approached it to check out the interior. To my chagrin, the car was locked. Within seconds, however, the doors unlocked, and I was greeted by Carson Morris, who, without hesitation, proceeded to assist me in learning more about the car. I'm happy to say Carson was by far one of the most professional, forthright, and helpful car salespersons I've worked with in a while. He was more than happy to answer all of my questions regarding the vehicle, and went out of his way to make sure I'd be happy with the car before making my purchase. I'm giving this dealership five stars not only because Carson was so helpful, but also because they were able to prepare the car for us within a couple of hours; we drove it home the same day. Carson went out of his way to make sure we had no doubts about the purchase we were making, and to facilitate the purchase with the greatest ease and expediency. More
