I have bought multiple cars (new, used, cpo) over the last 40+ years…. But have to say this was the best experience I have had. Don’t think I ever worked with a car salesperson who knew half as much as last 40+ years…. But have to say this was the best experience I have had. Don’t think I ever worked with a car salesperson who knew half as much as Leticia did—about every car I tested. She really is a car expert. She was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. When I finally decided on which car I wanted to buy she made the process beyond easy: had everything arranged and organized with the finance representative and made sure the BMW version of “Apple Genius Bar” rep was available to go through everything with me. That was a nice plus- but probably not even necessary - because Leticia had already reviewed and told me all about the car. Love my new car and plan to keep awhile but I absolutely would go back and ask for Leticia’s help for my next car. More

Salesperson Michael Loiselle was very attentive and pleasant throughout the entire purchase process, and most of the team was equally welcoming. The young woman who helped me with the car’s technical s pleasant throughout the entire purchase process, and most of the team was equally welcoming. However, my interaction with the person handling the financial documents was disappointing—he seemed irritated when I declined the extended warranties and rushed through the paperwork, which created a negative end to an otherwise positive experience. I hope the finance department improves their customer service. Overall, I would still recommend this dealership, and I would gladly do business with Michael again. More
