Horrific Experience at Vista BMW of Coconut Creek. Reconsider purchasing any vehicle from Vista BMW of Coconut creek. You will thank me later. On February 15, 2024, I purchased a certified used 2021 Reconsider purchasing any vehicle from Vista BMW of Coconut creek. You will thank me later. On February 15, 2024, I purchased a certified used 2021 BMW X4 M40I Sports. I felt sure of this purchase because of its certified used vehicle warranty of 1 year. The process of purchasing my vehicle took about 8 hours. William Curran who was the contract administrator was very quick for me to sign the lengthy paperwork with minimal counseling of what I was signing. I specifically asked about the certified warranty and gave me the run around. I was tired of the process and wanted to leave. On early December 2024, the BMW app on my phone notified me that my warranty was expired. Also, not even one year of owning the vehicle the BMW app also alerted me the oil change and all of the filters needed to be replaced. I was confused because I thought I had purchased a vehicle that had all this done already. Early January 2025, I had emailed General Manager of Vista Coconut Creek Tim Kraemer requesting him to contact me to discuss. Still as of today no response from Mr. Kraemer. On February 11, 2025, I attempted to contact BMW Used Vehicle Sales Manager Jaime Romany, left message to contact me with no success. On February 15, 2025, officially one year later, I decided to drive to Vista BMW of Coconut Creek to see Jaime Romany. Walking into the dealership I see Mr. Romany outside his Office and approached him. Luckily for me, Mr. Romany had recognized me from the year before and started to stress my concern regarding the early alerts of the oil change and all filters. Mr. Romany offered to do the oil change and filter in-house free of charge or provide me with a $250 dollar check to have the oil change at another location. Mr. Romany did explain that the certified warranty did not include maintenance on the vehicle, that includes oil change and filters. I advised Mr. Romany I will schedule and appointment for the oil change. He recommended me to speak with Service Advisor Alan Moreno. I scheduled service with Mr. Moreno for February 17, 2025 @10am. On February 17, 2025, Mr. Moreno unaware of the compromise between Mr. Romany and I, mentioned additional unexpected fees. The entire cost of the oil change including filters and diagnostics came to be $1009.00, which was a lot whole lot more than the $250 initially advised by Mr. Romany. I advised Mr. Moreno that Used Vehicle Sales Manager Jamie Romany was going to cover the oil change and filters. Mr. Moreno advised he was going to walk to Mr. Romany’s Office to discuss. I started felt uneasy, 10 minutes later Mr. Moreno came with General Sales Manager, Oliver Ravkin. Mr. Ravkin seemed he was ready for battle. I advised Mr. Ravkin my concern and did advise I had already spoken to Mr. Romany about my oil change. Mr. Ravkin said certified warranty did not cover maintenance and there was nothing he can do for me. I did not want to argue with Mr. Ravkin, since it was clear he was as professional as a door knob. I’ve owned BMW’s for the past 20 plus years and have never experienced such poor customer service and disrespect from a Sales Manager. I will never do business with Vista BMW of Coconut Creek, nor recommend this location for business. More

Worst dealership that I have ever dealt with! While trying to get information on a particular car they would not give me answers to my questions about the car and transaction. After a couple of days of no answer about sales tax in Florida, I emailed them back to tell me the car was sold. Also they tried to add almost $5000.00 in add on fees. More
Run away from this dealership and go to Braman or any other dealership. I had problems here at the Service Department, and the pre owned Sales Department (when they falsely advertised a vehicle on their other dealership. I had problems here at the Service Department, and the pre owned Sales Department (when they falsely advertised a vehicle on their website to have 12,500 miles on it and when I arrived to test drive it had 67,000 miles on it) and the Warranty Department. Due to these factors and others, I do not recommend this dealership under any circumstances. They are very rude and unprofessional. The manager Tim Kreamer, when they owed me a refund on an extended warranty, told me they are “not an ATM” . It took 3 months since I cancelled and he asks me if I have anything better to do with my time. I truly hate these people for what they are doing. I have never experienced such poor customer service and disrespect towards customers. If you have a problem with this dealership I recommend filing complaints with the Florida Attorney General, BMW USA, BBB, NADA, Morgan Auto Group, Dealer Rater, Yelp and Google reviews. More
