I brought my 2007 3-series here to repair some road damage. David Medeiros in their collision center did a wonderful job of working with my unenthusiastic insurer to make certain the repairs were top-n damage. Excellent automobile service means this to me: I will be met by my advisor very close to my appointment time. My advisor takes the time to understand and correctly document my problems. The related work is done right the first time. I am provided status along the way. I am given an explanation that I can understand when the work is completed. Costs are in line for the type of work done. BMW Concord meets my service expectations. Tim Renner is an excellent Service Advisor. Kevin Miller is excellent as Manager of the BMW Collision Center. I had purchased a new MINI from BMW Concord in January 2010 and someone dented my bumper in a parking lot 2 months later. My anxiety was averted after talking to my sales representative at MINI Concord and with Kevin Miller at the BMW Collision Center. Both parties were extremely helpful and professional in solving my dilemma. I took my car in for repair and worked with Kevin Miller and David Medeiros who were both friendly, professional, and informative. They explained the process and expense of repairing my MINI. BMW of Concord provided the highest level of service during my recent visit to their collision center. In addition to working with my insurance adjustor to ensure the needed repairs were done in a quali during my recent visit to their collision center. In addition to working with my insurance adjustor to ensure the needed repairs were done in a quality fashion, the team kept me informed throughout the process and strived to return my vehicle to me in a timeline that minimized the disruption for me. While I hope to not need their services again anytime soon, should the the need for auto body repair work arise, I will return to BMW of Concord without hesitation. More

We really like how David took care us and our car. He always kept us informed and responded to to our calls and e-mails promptly. He let us know what other problems there was with the car and gave us the option to fix it.
