Ridiculous Extremely disappointed. It all started with a routine oil change and wiper blade replacement. I receive a call stating I had an additional $4000 in re Extremely disappointed. It all started with a routine oil change and wiper blade replacement. I receive a call stating I had an additional $4000 in repairs needed for my 2009 X5 that has only 75,000 miles. Most of the "recommended" repairs had to do with "leaking" valve gaskets. I declined all of the work that "needed" to be completed, minus replacing a front sway bar. I receive my car back at work via their valet service. I parked my car and back back to work. I got into my car 3 hours later and my "low coolant" service light goes on. I drove home 11 miles and checked to see what the problem was. I had no coolant in my radiator reservoir! I called the following morning (today) to express my concerns and I was completely ignored and received a candid response about nothing being wrong with the coolant and continued to tell me that the issue was the valve gaskets. I have been driving BMW's for 14 years and can honestly say I've never been pleased with the service. But this tops it off. I've received calls about them blowing out a tire taking my car through their car wash, forgetting to screw my bumper back together, to leaving my sunroof open while servicing my car for four days during a rainy weekend. This one tops them all. Valve gaskets need replaced /leaking oil - Car gets returned with zero coolant and can clearly see the radiator reservoir leaking. Unbelievable. More

Road side assistance to dealership I had to use roadside assistance to get my car to the dealership while out of town. Very disappointed with the service of roadside assistance. The dealership helped facilitate getting my car after a failed phone call attempt. I had someone at. My house all day on the day that roadside promised to come pick it up. The dealership made it happen 7 1/2 hours later. More
Poor service I had a problem with the service. The o-ring for the oil filter was omitted which resulted in oil leaking in my driveway. I called BMW service to have I had a problem with the service. I called BMW service to have the vehicle towed, there were no tow trucks available at first but I called later and a truck was available. My vehicle was delivered but when I called to check on the progress I was informed that my vehicle was not on the lot. After 24 hours and several phone calls my vehicle was located and the service was completed. I received a call from Steve the service manager to apologize for the poor service, he offered to have someone come out and clean the spillage in my garage and a complimentary car detail. More

Well a few months ago I posted how good of service BMW Cleveland and Jimmy Laumer gave me but now I would like to thank BMW Cleveland service department. I had my car serviced (regular oil change and drive belts replaced) at the BMW Cleveland service department and I had problems with my car ever since. Pretty much right after I drove away, I noticed that the replaced) at the BMW Cleveland service department and I had problems with my car ever since. Pretty much right after I drove away, I noticed that the red light was on at the engine temperature monitor. By the time I needed to re-start my car the red light was on all the time. I also noticed and I told the service advisor that where my car was parked there was a big poodle of some kind of liquid. My car was kept at the service department overnight and I was told that everything was fixed (during the drive belts replacement one of the fans were knocked off) and checked and all is fine. But just the following day the low coolant light was on. I had to bring my car back to the service the third time and this time my car was kept at the shop for 3 days. I was told that it was inspected and should be no problems now. But sure enough today I noticed big wet spot in my garage under where my car was parked. This is just not what I'm as a customer expect from the BMW Dealership service. This is completely unacceptable. My car is 6 years old, I have it for about 3.5 years and never had any problems with it. And now it's been one problem after another. It doesn't look like it's over yet. I don't have time for this. How simple maintenance appointment could turn into huge mess and cause one problem after another? There is no explanation other than total negligence and complete unprofessionalism. This is not what you expect from the BMW service. More
